Delete your account
Effective: 28 April 2026
You can delete your Zeroo account at any time. The fastest way is in-app: open Zeroo, go to Settings → Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and we permanently remove your account, customer ledger, sales, payments, and reminders.
What gets deleted
- Your Zeroo account (email, name, business info).
- Every customer, sale, payment, reminder, and note you recorded.
- All authentication tokens and device registrations.
- Crash reports and analytics events tied to your user ID (within 30 days).
What may be retained
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be tied back to you — kept for up to 26 months as part of standard Google Analytics retention.
- Tax/financial records where local law requires retention — kept for the legally mandated period and then deleted.
Request deletion if you can't access the app
If you can no longer sign in (e.g., lost device, forgotten password), submit the form below from the email associated with your account. We'll verify and delete within 7 business days, and confirm by email.
