End User License Agreement
Effective: 28 April 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Zeroo for the Zeroo mobile application. By installing or using the application you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you obtained Zeroo through the Apple App Store, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies — that document governs in case of conflict for App Store installations.
1. Licence grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Zeroo on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal-business use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application except as permitted by law.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or sell the application.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
3. Updates
We may issue updates to fix bugs, address security issues, and add features. By using Zeroo you agree to receive these updates.
4. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. On termination you must uninstall the application and delete all copies.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The application is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
6. Apple-specific terms
- The licence granted is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple is not responsible for the application or any claims relating to it, including product liability and intellectual-property infringement.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
7. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
