How do I delete my account?+

Open Zeroo on your phone, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, tap "Delete my account", and confirm. Your account, customer ledger, sales, payments, and reminders are removed permanently. You can also request deletion from the public form at /legal/delete-account.

Is Zeroo free?+

Yes. The free tier covers a typical small shop — record customers, sales, payments, and send WhatsApp reminders. We will introduce paid plans only when we add server-side features (e.g. shared team accounts).

What languages does Zeroo support?+

English, Hausa, Igbo, and Yorùbá. You can switch languages in Settings → Appearance → Language.

Can my staff use Zeroo too?+

A team-members feature is on the roadmap. Today, multiple people can sign in with the same account on different devices.

Does Zeroo work offline?+

Mostly. Recording sales and customers works offline; the changes sync when you have signal again. WhatsApp reminders need an active connection to open WhatsApp.

How do I send a WhatsApp reminder?+

Tap a customer → Remind. Pick a tone (gentle, firm, overdue), edit if you like, and tap Send. Zeroo opens WhatsApp pre-filled — you press send.

How do I report a bug?+

Email zeroo@zeroo.ng with a short description and a screenshot if you have one. We read every email.
